Senior Host Operations Associate II, Posh Live

We’re looking for a Host Operations Specialist to help our hosts run their day-to-day businesses smoothly and support the growth of Posh Live.

In this role, you’ll own day-to-day host support and coordinate technical issues from initial report through resolution. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to troubleshoot problems, keep hosts informed, and identify opportunities to improve the host experience.

As Posh Live grows, you’ll help build the processes and resources that allow us to support more hosts effectively.

• Experience in customer support, account operations, marketplace operations, or a similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort troubleshooting product and operational issues.

• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple open issues.

• Clear, empathetic communication with hosts and internal partners.

• Good judgment about urgency, business impact, and when to escalate.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to adapt as the business evolves.

• Familiarity with Poshmark; experience supporting or using Posh Shows is a plus.

• Hosts receive timely, clear, and helpful support.

• Issues are documented accurately, with clear ownership and consistent follow-up.

• Hosts and internal teams have visibility into open issues and next steps.

• Recurring problems lead to actionable recommendations and improvements.

• Support processes become more efficient as the host community grows.
