Associate Project Manager, Market Access Marketing

The Associate Project Manager oversees projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client and internal standards while adhering to timelines and budget requirements. This role drives project workflows, fosters seamless communication across Account Services and Shared Services, and provides day-to-day oversight of assigned accounts. A team leader dedicated to operational excellence, the Associate Project Manager thrives and encourages a highly collaborative environment and ensures processes run efficiently to deliver exceptional results.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field is preferred 

Experience: 

• →2 plus years of experience working in an advertising agency Project Management Department required 
• →Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience preferred 

Skills: 

• →Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Adobe 
• →Experience in Workfront and Mac operating system with Copilot integration, preferred
