Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install complex manufacturing equipment to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance activities, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, component replacements, and equipment optimization.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor, helping develop the skills and capabilities of fellow maintenance team members.
Investigate equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective, long-term repair solutions.
Utilize the CMMS system to manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and support equipment reliability initiatives.
Champion a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance equipment performance, streamline processes, and increase operational uptime
.Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting a culture of excellence.
Advanced technical degree, certification, or 4+ years’ experience
Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years hands-on experience maintaining and repairing complex electrical and mechanical equipment
General maintenance experience to include compressed air, mechanical and electrical
Experience in a production environment related to Injection Molding and CNC Machining is preferred
Strong electrical knowledge
Advanced trouble shooting skills on all types equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
High Mechanical aptitude
Ability to mentor, coach and provide training to less experienced team members
