• 5+ years’ HSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Experience leading HSE across multiple sites and driving a strong safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian HSE legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Practical experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audits.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Experience developing SOPs, safe work instructions and HSE procedures.
• Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills across all levels of the business.
• Relevant qualification in Work Health & Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline.
• Current driver licence and ability to travel regularly between Victorian sites.
