Join our Cloud Security Engineering team as a Senior Associate to help shape the security of a global, multi-cloud platform. In this hands-on role, you'll design, implement, and support cloud security solutions, contribute to high-impact projects, and partner with stakeholders across the business and technology. You'll work closely with senior engineers to build out our Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) capabilities while developing deep expertise in cloud security. As you grow, you'll take on greater autonomy, sharpen your technical judgment, and become a go-to expert who knows when to act and when to escalate. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work using AI and Wiz, learn from the best, and accelerate your career in one of the most in-demand areas of technology.

You'll work alongside experienced cloud security engineers who will support your technical growth and help you build expertise across cloud security disciplines. The team values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. You'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work while having access to guidance whenever needed.

  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in cloud security or security engineering, including hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders in a complex organization.

  • At least one cloud certification (preferably security-focused) or demonstrated progress toward certification.

  • Experience with cloud security posture management (CSPM/CNAP) solutions such as Wiz or Prisma.

  • Hands-on experience with secure cloud architecture, networking, IAM, and access control concepts.

  • Practical scripting or automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.

  • Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation workflows.

  • Exposure to DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation frameworks.

  • Understanding of compliance and risk frameworks such as ISO, NIST, or PCI.

  • Professional growth that matches your ambitions and pace. Gain in months the kind of experience that can take years to build elsewhere.

  • Fair pay with no gaps. We are among the few companies in the Czech Republic certified for Equal Pay.

  • A flexible benefits programme with 45,000 points to spend on what matters most to you.

  • 30 days of paid time off, including three well-being days and two additional days off at the end of the year.

  • An opportunity to give back to the community with one paid volunteering day every year.

  • The chance to work from one of PwC’s international offices (available from the Senior Associate level).

  • We support your learning and development journey: We offer training in business, soft, and digital skills (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, and more), along with a wide range of additional courses and workshops designed to help you further develop your professional expertise and personal skills.

  • A buddy programme, regular feedback, and access to a coach who can support your professional development and career path.

  • Extensive well-being support and initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle, from Dr. Digital and Human Dynamic programmes to workplace yoga and running events.

  • An ultrabook and an iPhone with unlimited data.

At PwC, we help clients solve today’s and tomorrow’s challenges across audit, consulting, tax, legal, technology, and data. We create an environment where people can learn, grow, and build a career in their own way. We believe the best results come from diverse experiences and perspectives. That’s why we foster an inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves, build on their strengths, and contribute to work that makes a real impact.
