Mentor and coach less experienced team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning, and cultivating the next generation of audit professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business or related field.
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian (second foreign language is an advantage).
Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus).
ACCA - progress would be considered an advantage.
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
