  • Act as a focal point for QF employees and business center and partner university HR/immigration focal points for Government Affairs’ services
  • Verify completeness of information and supporting documents for every service request and raise any exception cases to Government Affairs Manager’s for his review.

    Process select or specific types of immigration transactions either manually at the Immigration office or online through the government portals
  • Provide coordination and follow up on the processing of immigration transactions for business
  • Develop and update Government Affairs procedures and guidelines
  • Prepare update reports, workload analyses, presentations, proposals, business cases and trackers as requested by management
  • Reconcile and monitor department expenditure as per HC policy eligibility and Finance procedure
  • Plan, prepare and update functionals for enhancements and new functionalities on CX CRM Government Affairs’ application in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams
  • Promote and maximize business use of CX CRM Government Affairs application for all service request types existing in the system and onboard new users
  • Support Government Affairs Manager in the completion and implementation of department’s annual initiatives
  • Ensure timely response to all business enquiries and that all service requests raised on CX are reviewed and cleared by management
  • Provide business support to the Government Affairs department whilst serve as building focal point
  • Other business tasks as assigned by Government Affairs Manager

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Personnel Administration or other relevant field of study
  • 2-5 years of relevant, full-time work experience in government affairs, public relations, administration and /or customer service
  • Strong organization, planning, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working with procedure application/implementation
  • Good business and finance acumen
  • Excellent communications skills in Arabic and/or English, with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports, policies and procedures, guidelines and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Oracle ERP
