Program Manager – Data Center Delivery

• →Scope, staffing plans, schedules, and execution expectations are aligned before delivery begins.
• →Risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and addressed before impacting program execution.
• →Cross-entity teams remain coordinated and accountable throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• →Stakeholders have clear visibility into program status, priorities, risks, and next steps.
• →Program reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable.
• →Leadership has confidence that commitments are being tracked, managed, and executed effectively.

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience within:
• • Data center development
  • Construction
  • Infrastructure
  • Utilities
  • Energy
  • EPC or capital project delivery environments
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.
• Strong understanding of:
• • Program execution
  • Schedule management
  • Risk management
  • Cross-functional coordination
  • Phase-gate and readiness processes
• Experience supporting programs from planning, proposal, pre-construction, or mobilization phases through execution and closeout.
• Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information while continuing to drive decisions, accountability, and progress.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across executive, operational, and field-level stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred.
• Hyperscale data center programs.
• Owner's Representative environments.
• Multi-vendor program management.
• Large-scale capital project delivery.
• Infrastructure, utility, or energy programs.
• Program mobilization, pursuit support, or pre-construction planning activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple organizations under a shared governance structure.
