Requirements

Clean and Valid Drivers License with Tow Truck Endorsement.
Must hold the proper license to operate a flat bed tow truck within the state.

Can exhibit safe driving skills.
Experience with basic roadside assistance.
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours.
Proficient in driving flat bed trucks and operating manual transmission vehicles.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and diagnostics.
Experience with loading and unloading vehicles safely using appropriate techniques.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

→Respond to roadside emergencies.
→Clear photo documentation and report any damage on every vehicle we transport prior to loading and after unloading required on every tow.
→Professionally and accurately assist clients by recovering their vehicles and towing it to a designated location.
→Maintain the flat bed truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
→Perform daily routine inspection of flat bed truck prior to shift.
→Operate trucks, including flatbed and wheel-lift models, to safely transport vehicles.
→Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during the process.
→Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.
→Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs
