The Redesign Group is a global technology solutions consulting firm helping organizations modernize, secure, and scale mission-critical IT infrastructure. We are expanding our Architecture practice and seeking a Senior Network Solutions Architect to lead enterprise pre-sales engagements focused on data center modernization, secure networking, and hybrid cloud integration.

This role is designed for a senior architect with deep on-premises infrastructure expertise — networking, compute, storage, and security — who can bridge traditional enterprise environments with modern hybrid and cloud-connected architectures. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and OEM teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that modernize core infrastructure while enabling long-term cloud and automation strategies.

→Software-Defined Networking (ACI, EVPN/VXLAN, SD-WAN)
→Enterprise Routing & WAN Architecture
→Firewall & Segmentation Strategy
→Virtualization & Hypervisor Integration
→Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity
→Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration

You are recognized as a senior architectural authority across enterprise engagements.
Your designs are technically rigorous, operationally viable, and aligned to modernization strategy.
You influence complex deal strategy through technical credibility and clarity.
Your documentation and design standards elevate Redesign’s technical execution.

10+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure and networking experience.
Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching (MPLS, MP-BGP, OSPF, ISIS, L3VPN/L2VPN).
Strong background in modern data center networking (EVPN/VXLAN, spine-leaf architectures, application-centric models).
Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms and secure networking technologies including Palo Alto and/or Fortinet.
Experience designing enterprise-grade WAN and service provider connectivity architectures.
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix or similar).
Experience integrating on-premises environments with public cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-site resiliency design.
Ability to produce detailed architecture diagrams and implementation-ready documentation.
