1. →3-5 years of experience in human resources, in a generalist capacity.
2. →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. →Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.).
4. →Proficiency with UKG Pro or similar HRIS systems.
5. →Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. →High attention to detail, discretion, and organizational ability.

1. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
2. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
