Manufacturing Assistant Manager (Assembly or Lamination)

1. →Must have experience in manufacturing and working directly in production. 
2. →Must be able to support the management of labor hours to meet production rates effectively.  
3. →Must be able to conduct employee conversations to communicate expectations, performance, & disciplinary actions, in the absence of a Team Leader. 
4. →Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions as directed by the Team Leader. 
5. →Must be able to support Team Leaders in daily meetings with large teams to effectively detail recent progress, current state, and future strategy.
6. →Must follow all safety standards and procedures.
7. →Must have the ability to understand and adhere to all quality standards.
8. →Must be able to work well with Diverse teams.
9. →Must be able to support the coordination of production responsibilities to maximize productivity and deliver products on time. 
10. →Must display a dependable demeanor.
11. →Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, and Outlook/Gmail
