ResProp Management is looking for purpose-driven college graduates with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our Real Estate Operations Leadership Program. This two-year, entry-level program offers immersive training in all facets of multifamily real estate operations. Through hands-on experience, curated readings, and high-impact projects, associates develop a strong foundation in business and leadership, preparing them to successfully manage multi-million-dollar assets and drive results in a dynamic industry.

Real Estate Operations Leadership Program

Associates in the Real Estate Operations Leadership Program gain hands-on operational experience through onsite rotations supported by a rigorous training curriculum. This includes curated readings, structured discussions, and peer-to-peer dialogue designed to sharpen thinking and translate learning into action. The program equips associates with practical skills, a broad understanding of business and investment principles, and clarity in shaping long-term career goals.

Program Highlights Include:

Operations Exposure: Leasing and marketing, financial performance and budgeting, customer service, procurement, collections and evictions, lease-up strategy, and asset management decision-making
Facilities & Asset Management: Property inspections, capital planning, construction contracting and oversight, vendor onboarding and management
Mentorship & Networking: Access to a broad network of professionals across our portfolio of businesses, including leaders in investment, technology, operations, and corporate strategy

Qualifications:

Open to relocating in Texas, Florida or South Carolina based on business needs
Exceptional work ethic, drive, and hunger to learn and grow
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
Ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations
An interest in real estate operations and investment management
Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA
