You'll work closely with field leadership, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track, manage financial performance, and deliver results.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • →

Champion Safety: Promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with company policies, and address potential risks before they become problems.

  • →

Support Business Growth: Contribute to strategic planning, business development, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate employees, subcontractors, consultants, and field teams.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make independent decisions.
