Janitor/Maintenance Technician- RideNow Concord

Are you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? We’re looking for a sharp, driven Janitor / Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our store operations, keeping our facility safe, clean, and operational so our team and riders are always ready for action.

• Maintain Store Excellence: Perform general cleaning, janitorial tasks, and facility upkeep across the showroom, offices, service bays, and restrooms.
• Facility Repairs & Upkeep: Handle routine building maintenance, minor repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks to keep dealership facilities running smoothly.
• Ensure Grounds & Lot Safety: Keep outdoor areas, vehicle display lots, and customer entrances clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Manage Maintenance Supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, tools, and maintenance inventory to support daily facility needs.
• Support Dealership Operations: Assist with event setups, staging area preparations, and seasonal facility adjustments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

• Physical Requirements & Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and safely handle physical demands throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs and maneuvering heavy equipment/motorcycles weighing up to 850 lbs.
• Riding & Driving Skills: Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle endorsement preferred); must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units, including manual transmissions.
• Safety & Situational Awareness: Strong commitment to safety while navigating active dealership environments, outdoor lots, and loud showrooms around moving vehicles and foot traffic.
• Communication & Professional Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, clear communicator with a strong sense of urgency, high attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Preferred Background: Prior experience as a lot porter, detailer, facility maintenance technician, or inventory support is a plus.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
