PCB Repair Technician

We are looking to add a PCB Repair Technician to our growing Miner Maintenance Department. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting Bitcoin miner components while supporting daily miner maintenance operations at our Rockdale, TX facility. Responsibilities include performing advanced diagnostics, micro-soldering and circuitry repairs, maintaining repair inventory, tracking completed work orders, supporting R&D projects, testing firmware versions, and training Level 2 Technicians. This is an on-site Day Shift position with a schedule of 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

• →Perform Advanced diagnostic techniques to all miners on site
• →Perform Micro soldering techniques on any miners needing repair
• →Keep inventory of all ASIC miner parts needed for repairs in the repair room
• →Keep count of miners repaired in the shift and submit proper work orders
• →Perform Circuitry repairs as needed to ASIC Hash Boards
• →Take lead in Multiple R&D projects
• →Monitor and test experimental Firmware versions
• →Train Level 2 Technicians

• Ability to clearly and promptly bring attention to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.
• High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience
• On the job training is provided
• Any Antminer or Whatsminer certifications in repair is a plus

• Must be physically able to climb ladders and access tight or awkward spaces as required.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and pull, with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (50 pounds)
• Ability to work onsite in a mining or data center environment (heat, noise, etc.)
• Exposure to high noise levels and varying temperatures

• PPE & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all site safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots).
• Hazard Awareness: Proactively identify, report, and mitigate potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Standards: Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety training.
• Organization: Keep all work areas clean and free of obstructions to prevent workplace accidents.
