Project Manager-Gauteng

Are you passionate about delivering impactful results, turning plans into completed projects? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team at KFC Rohloff Group, based in Gauteng. The purpose of this role is to manage various aspects of commercial construction projects in the Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensuring successful delivery of commercial construction and operational initiatives.

• Oversee the building/construction projects and progress thereof.
• Scope the projects including equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Determines the project budget, timing, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and key team members of the project team off and on sites.
• Ensure compliance with SLA terms and conditions of vendors.
• Obtain permits and license from authorities for construction sites.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects.
• Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare regular progress reports.
• Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building and/or Quantity Surveying
• Registered and affiliated with Project Management and building institutions, advantageous.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously 5 years plus
• Experience in QSR Commercial projects essential.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management and architectural design software and Microsoft Office Suite
