POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate the ability through utilising the most effective quality tools to problem solve non-conformances, to identify route cause and implement continuous improvement.
To investigate reported non-conformances, both internally and externally from customer complaints.
Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and change point control management.
Experience of working cross functionally with other departments in the business to resolve concerns and promote quality.
Preparation of quality system documentation. E.g. Quality Control Plan (QCP), flow charts, Quality Audit (QA) plans, procedures, and instructions.
Capable of interpreting technical drawings and measuring to determine if a component is in allowable specification limits.
Advantageous to be qualified to support internal audit programme to ISO 9001.
Any other reasonable action required for the effective function of the Quality Department or the Company as a whole.
Comply with all current work instructions within the organisation.
Comply fully with all current health, safety & environmental regulations in operation within the company whilst carrying out your duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERTISE

REQUIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree or higher national diploma in Engineering or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
