Activity Security Representative II (ASR II) Location: Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH Salary: $88,705.88 Security Clearance Requirement: Must possess a current clearance as required by the Task Order Must be eligible for access to Special Access Program (SAP) information Must be willing to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph Position Overview The Activity Security Representative II (ASR II) provides multi-disciplined security support to a customer’s facility and organization. This position supports day-to-day operations across Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence Maintain document accountability databases and associated records Process inbound and outbound classified mail, courier packages, and receipts Perform destruction of classified materials in accordance with procedures Process and maintain accountability of magnetic media Provide reproduction support for classified materials Maintain daily logs for administrative and document control functions Assist in processing inbound and outbound data transfer files Transfer electronic data files to internal customers Maintain customer database and points of contact listings Research, process, file, and maintain visit requests and visit notices Escort visitors and maintain associated visitor logs Assist in preparation and issuance of facility access badges Conduct entry and exit inspections Support access control systems and visitor control processes Perform data entry into Personnel Access Security System databases Maintain personnel security files and access records Enforce standard operating procedures and security protocols Support security education and awareness programs Provide administrative support to site leadership and senior security personnel Track and monitor security clearance processing actions with government personnel Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections Implement Top Secret control procedures for accountable material Prepare and process Program Access Requests (PARs) Execute SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) questionnaires Conduct DCII, JPAS/DISS, and SAPNP reviews for access eligibility Maintain access data within Air Force Access Data Systems (AFADS) Perform personnel indoctrinations and out-processing Requirements Minimum Qualifications 3 to 5 years of related security experience Demonstrated experience supporting SAP environments (required) Education and Experience Equivalents Bachelor’s degree (desired) – counts as 4 years of experience Associate’s degree in a related field – counts as 2 years of experience Certification Equivalents Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) – counts toward 1 year of experience Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) – counts toward 1 year of experience Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is limited to 3 years Note: Each separate SPED certification counts as one year, not to exceed the maximum Additional Requirements Must complete DoD SAPCO-approved SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) training if performing personnel security functions Strong understanding of SAP, SCI, and collateral security procedures Experience with access control systems, classified material handling, and personnel security processes
