We are looking for a Senior Brand Strategy & Planning Executive to implement and manage multiple place shaping & marketing projects at Savills Ho Chi Minh.
You are responsible for delivering day-to-day support on all client accounting activities, working very closely with the wider team to ensure that RE projects are delivered successfully, on time and to budget. This person is comfortable working in a busy and varied environment.
Responsibilities

- →Conduct market, competitor, and brand analysis to identify target audiences and actionable insights.
- →Utilize Savills' global data systems and resources to conduct research, analyze trends, and gather references for planning purposes.
- →Define communication challenges and propose strategic solutions aligned with brand direction.
- →Develop integrated media timeline and budget planning for campaigns.
- →Build strategic proposals and participate in client presentations or pitches.
- →Coordinate with team to deliver campaign materials, events, and other brand initiatives effectively.
- →Review of design work, proof reading and checking work completed prior to sharing with client. Attention to detail is key.
- →Be able to juggle multiple jobs with tight deadlines and be flexible in your approach to workload and task allocation to ensure client demands are met.
- →Must be a team player with proactive attitude, who can work well independently when required.
Requirements

- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of data-driven strategy development and trend analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage.
- At least 5 years' working experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Degree in Marketing or related fields.
