Bilingual Operations Analyst II | English & Spanish | Boca Raton, FL

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, compliance, audit, or data analysis.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English required.
• Exposure to capital projects, infrastructure, or construction environments is a plus.
• Ability to work with structured datasets and follow defined analytical frameworks.
• Experience working in cross-functional or multi-country environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced); familiarity with BI tools

• →Coordinate and track capital infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate project setup, documentation, and status updates.
• →Monitor project milestones, timelines, and budgets to support on-time delivery of tower construction, upgrades and infrastructure deployments while following established operational processes and compliance guidelines.
• →Work with SAQ, Construction, leasing, and cross functional teams
• →to collect and validate project information supporting alignment on project status and deliverables.
• →Prepare, update, and maintain reports and power BI dashboards to track capital spend, project progress, operational performance metrics, and presentations for internal and external clients.
• →Analyze project data to identify trends, inconsistencies and potential risks escalating findings and supporting improvements in project execution.
• →Support Capital project forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis in collaboration with local markets.
• →Function as a proficient user of internal tools, supporting data management and assisting in system enhancements and process improvements aligned with regional needs.
• →Maintain accurate and organized operational documentation and records in accordance with established standards.
