Inside Sale & Marketing Intern

Work Location: 

This is an on-site position based at our Mexico City office: 

Periférico Sur 4118, Suite 800 (8th Floor), Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. 

Internship Openings 

2 Positions Available 

• Morning Shift: 8:00 – 12:00 

• Afternoon Shift: 13:00 – 17:00 

Monthly Stipend 

MXN $6,000 per month

Position Summary 

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Business Development and Marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, CRM management, and international logistics. 

The selected candidates will support business growth initiatives by identifying potential customers, researching target markets, maintaining prospect databases, and assisting with marketing and sales activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead Generation & Market Research 

• Research potential customers across LATAM. 

• Identify decision-makers and gather company information. 

• Build and maintain prospect databases. 

Sales Support 

• Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns via LinkedIn, phone calls, and email. 

• Support lead qualification activities. 

• Help track and organize sales opportunities. 

CRM Management 

• Update and maintain records in HubSpot. 

• Ensure accurate contact and account information. 

• Generate weekly activity and prospecting reports. 

Marketing & Event Support 

• Support event and trade show follow-up activities with leads. 

• Help organize customer and prospect information for marketing campaigns. 

Qualifications 

Education 

Students currently pursuing a degree in: 

• International Business 

• International Trade 

• Marketing 

• Business Administration 

• Supply Chain Management 

• Logistics 

• International Relations 

• Related fields 

Requirements 

• Intermediate or advanced English. 

• Strong research and analytical skills. 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital platforms. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Interest in sales, marketing, logistics, and international business.
