Urgent Care Veterinarian - Brookfield, WI

• Licensed DVM in Wisconsin with 2+ years of experience in small animal general practice or emergency medicine (completion of 1 year rotating small animal internship desired)
• Detail oriented, well-organized and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Professional who is an excellent verbal and written communicator

• →Deliver superior medicine and an excellent customer experience
• →Oversee patient triage and evaluation
• →Provide examination, diagnostic recommendations and treatment to scheduled and walk-in appointments
• →Provide clear, transparent and prompt communication with clients and referral partners regarding patient status, diagnostic and treatment plans, estimates and follow-up care
• →Stabilize patients for transfer to a local emergency/specialty hospital, as needed
• →Develop follow up plans with patient’s primary care veterinarian as needed
• →Maintenance of referral relationships via communication with care partners

• 10 hour shifts (arrive 9:45 AM, clinic closes at 8 PM)
• Open 7 days a week

• Providing on boarding with easy to access videos and SOPs, direct doctor to doctor mentorship during your first shifts, and timely check-ins with leadership
• Providing tech enable scribe solutions for ease of medical record work load
• Allowing the flexibility to make the best clinical decisions for your patients and team
