As a Health & Safety Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) performance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your decisions directly influence outcomes. With modern technology and a strong local team, you’ll design and manage safety programs tailored to unique client needs while owning both operational performance and risk management results.

This position plays a key role in supporting the Datacenter Physical Security & Safety program by providing expert EHS guidance, incident management, and program coordination across the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive safety leader who builds strong relationships with stakeholders, communicates clearly under pressure, and uses data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) duties in the region, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Securitas standards.
  • Ensure governing directives such as OSHA and other applicable regulations are followed.
  • Provide coordination, relationship building with the client, and framework strategies for the EHS team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to workflow and operating practices to improve efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security & Safety program.
  • Remotely provide expert incident management for injuries, from intake through root cause analysis and presentation of corrective action items.
  • Take escalations for EHS at any time, including weekends and holidays.
  • Provide timely, accurate communications to stakeholders when escalations are required.
  • Conduct annual review of safety-related documents in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop and present slide deck presentations, working with field operations, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
  • Present to high-level stakeholders, clearly communicating EHS performance, risks, and recommendations.
  • Maintain a customer service approach to problem solving and work with the client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
  • Schedule and facilitate client and internal meetings using client meeting technology.
  • Coordinate EHS-related projects with other leadership teams, such as training, technical communication, and project management.
  • Manage EHS databases and reporting; use Power BI and Excel to create, maintain, and analyze EHS systems and reports.
  • Ensure proper EHS document retention in line with client and company requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • A service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges.
  • A solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent stakeholder interaction and occasional off-hours escalations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Professional safety certifications (such as CSP, ASP, CHST) are preferred.
