Monitor designated areas through exterior and interior cameras, promptly responding to potential dangers.
Frequent prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking as needed operationally.
Conducts periodic walking patrols for exterior and interior client sites, sometimes inclement weather.
Identify and investigate potential threats with minimal information/description.
Maintain and update all required tracking systems.
Log incident reports, investigations findings, shift reports, pass down logs, etc.
Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, addressing issues, and providing assurance regarding security measures.
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site post orders.
Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of experience in security required.
Intermediate to advanced computer / technology skills needed.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must have the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
