Maintenance Technician

The ideal HVAC Maintenance Technician is customer-focused, dependable, and eager to grow their HVAC career. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, system inspections, and minor repairs while identifying opportunities to improve system performance and customer comfort. Successful candidates are organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Complete scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems.
• Inspect equipment for proper operation, safety, and efficiency.
• Clean, test, and adjust system components according to company standards.
• Identify potential issues and recommend repair or replacement options when appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on the condition of their HVAC system.
• Build customer trust through professionalism and quality workmanship.
• Complete all required forms, reports, and service records.
• Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations.

• 1-3 years of HVAC experience preferred (maintenance or installation experience is a plus).
• EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
