Role Summary
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations for a company that provides professional facility cleaning. Ensure high-quality service delivery, efficient team performance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule cleaning crews across commercial, industrial, and medical sites
Develop written Work Instructions and Standards for staff to follow
Maintain strict quality standards, safety protocols, and client specifications
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate cleaning staff and supervisors
Coordinate with evening supervisor
Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory; control costs
Handle client communication, service issues, and on-site quality checks
Track performance metrics, productivity, and compliance
Support continuous improvement of cleaning processes and procedures

Requirements

5+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or facility operations (management experience preferred)
Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety practices, and equipment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
