We are currently looking for a Trading Operations Specialist to strengthen our team.
About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive specialist who will help ensure the stable operation of trading systems and services, support traders in their daily work, and manage incidents.
This role includes fast response to requests, ticket handling, incident resolution, infrastructure monitoring, building and maintaining knowledge base documentation, and suggesting process improvements.
Weekdays with rotating shifts:
Morning shift: 09:00–17:00
Day shift: 11:00–19:00 (on-site)
Evening shift: 18:30–02:00 (remote)

Support traders in their daily operations and handle their requests

Monitor system stability and respond quickly to issues

Work with tickets and help resolve incidents

Collaborate with the development team (report bugs and improvement ideas)

Maintain and update documentation and knowledge base

Suggest improvements to make processes faster and more efficient
Experience in Operations / Support roles
Experience in high-load environments (fast response, multitasking)
English level B1 or higher
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
Understanding of incident management and customer support principles
Basic knowledge of trading and financial systems
Strong communication, teamwork, and reasoning skills
