Team Leadership & Capability Development Mentor cloud architects, platform engineers, AI engineers, integration architects, and data engineers. Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and reusable patterns. Support hiring, mentoring, technical enablement, and certification programs. Contribute to SID Global's Google Cloud, AI, Data, and Integration practice growth. Required Qualifications Professional Experience 12+ years of software engineering, cloud engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture experience. 7+ years architecting and delivering enterprise Google Cloud solutions. Proven success leading large-scale cloud transformation programs. Strong customer-facing consulting and architecture leadership experience.
