As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations Coordinator who is passionate about driving operational excellence and supporting the success of our team.

This is a highly visible role that partners with leadership, accounting, customer service, and operations to ensure the business runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

• →Support daily operations by coordinating across multiple departments
• →Monitor revenue, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• →Assist with forecasting, reporting, and revenue analysis
• →Manage billing and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• →Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• →Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
• →Prepare reports and provide operational support to leadership
• →Help ensure the business continues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience

• 3+ years of operations, project coordination, or business support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with revenue reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Understanding of operational metrics and KPIs
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or a related industry is preferred
