• →Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• →Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• →Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners
• →Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• →Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
• →Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Experience offering customer repair and replacement options 
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Nexstar Service System training a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
