HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Officer / Supervisor / Coordinator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safe working practices across oil & gas operations. Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments. Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and verify compliance with approved safety procedures. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions for site personnel. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and support corrective and preventive actions. Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance registers. Monitor the correct use of PPE and ensure personnel comply with site-specific safety requirements. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, drills, and site safety initiatives. Required Skills HSE Management: Ability to implement and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures. Risk Assessment: Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate control measures. Permit to Work: Understanding of PTW controls used for high-risk oil & gas activities. Incident Investigation: Ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes and corrective actions. Oil & Gas Safety Compliance: Knowledge of safe working practices applicable to industrial and oil & gas environments.
