Maintenance Technician

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Maintenance Technician in Bahrain. Our client is seeking skilled and motivated professionals with hands-on maintenance experience in a rebar cut & bend factory environment. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on rebar cutting and bending machinery. Inspect production equipment regularly to identify mechanical faults and abnormal operating conditions. Diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out timely repairs to minimize production downtime. Maintain mechanical components, drives, bearings, cutting mechanisms, and related factory equipment. Support routine servicing and scheduled maintenance activities. Troubleshoot machinery issues and restore equipment to safe operating condition. Follow workplace safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities. Maintain appropriate records of inspections, servicing, breakdowns, and repairs. Required Skills Industrial Maintenance: Practical knowledge of maintaining factory machinery and production equipment. Rebar Cut & Bend Machinery: Familiarity with machinery used for cutting and bending reinforcement steel. Mechanical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify mechanical faults and determine corrective actions. Preventive Maintenance: Ability to perform routine inspections, servicing, and scheduled maintenance. Breakdown Maintenance: Ability to respond to equipment failures and perform effective repairs. Preferred Skills Experience working in a rebar processing or steel fabrication factory. Familiarity with maintenance documentation and inspection procedures. Knowledge of industrial equipment safety practices. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should have previous experience working in a maintenance role within a rebar cut & bend factory.
