Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery. Inspect mechanical systems to identify wear, damage, abnormal vibration, leakage, and potential failures. Diagnose mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs or component replacements. Carry out dismantling, installation, alignment, and reassembly of mechanical components as required. Maintain equipment according to prescribed maintenance procedures and safety requirements. Use appropriate mechanical tools and measuring instruments during maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel to minimize equipment downtime. Required Skills Mechanical Maintenance — Ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting — Ability to identify mechanical faults and determine appropriate corrective actions. Preventive Maintenance — Understanding of scheduled inspection and maintenance practices. Mechanical Tools — Practical ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments safely. Equipment Inspection — Ability to identify wear, leakage, misalignment, vibration, and other mechanical abnormalities. Preferred Skills Knowledge of equipment alignment and mechanical fitting. Familiarity with industrial maintenance and safety procedures. Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
