Principal Product Application Engineer - Enterprise SSDs & PCIe / NVMe

• →Oversee the progress of testing, identify potential issues, and report findings to ensure compliance with design specifications, as well as with customer standards and requirements.
• →Collaborate closely with other teams, including SOC, FW, and HW, to address and resolve product challenges.
• →Implement coordinated efforts to debug system issues, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
• →Foster open communication channels to facilitate efficient problem-solving and enhance the overall product quality.
• →Provide customer support. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear communication and prompt responses.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 8+ years of storage-related experience, OR M.S. in CS, CE, or related field with 5+ years of storage-related experience is required.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in PCIe protocol, NVMe, and NAND is required.
• Knowledge of Linux Kernel and drivers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storage architectures and system-level debugging is also beneficial. Experience with bus analyzers and trace evaluation tools is required.

Programming Proficiency:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as python, C and C++ is required.
