Position
As an R&D Electronics Engineer, you are at the heart of our innovation journey. You transform ideas into cutting-edge products by designing, testing, and optimizing electronic hardware that powers our solutions. Your work has a direct impact on product quality, reliability, and performance, helping bring new technologies from concept to successful mass production.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you play a crucial role in solving technical challenges, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards in safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Through your expertise, creativity, and hands-on approach, you help shape the future of our products while making a tangible difference across the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
~1 min readTo strengthen our R&D team we are looking for an electronics engineer to:
- →Design the electronics PCBA’s of our products and test systems
- →Document and validate the electronics PCBA designs
- →Be involved in safety, EMC and standard test programs
- →Write test scripts, test, debug and review the total assembly to verify that the product prototypes meet quality requirements and standards before mass production is initiated
- →Integrate prototypes into demonstration and testing setups, ensuring they function effectively within these environments and create the necessary documentation for our suppliers and operations
- →Analyze failing parts after production or in the field and trace failures as part of our reliability program
- →Investigate and test alternative components for existing designs, support the components lifecycle
- →Adjust the existing production test tooling to match the alternative components
- →Assist in second-line support for our production lines
Requirements
~1 min read- You have a master's degree in electronics
- You are an electronics hardware designer, experienced in schematic entry and PCB-layout
- You have knowledge of EMC testing, signal integrity and generic HW design principles
- You know C#/C-sharp and/or Python, enabling you to debug and adjust (embedded) software
- You involve AI to support you in your activities
- You are a team player with a strong analytic mindset which pays attention to detail
- You are proficient in reading and understanding documentation in English
- You have a commitment to continuous improvement and a “can do” mentality
