Full Stack Developer

Smart Role is an AI-powered interactive training platform designed to transform customer service (CS) teams by enhancing agent performance through realistic chat simulations.

The platform aims to boost agents' productivity by providing a scalable training solution that helps agents hone their skills, prepare for real-world interactions, and stay updated with industry best practices.

As a Full Stack Developer at Smart Role, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative web applications that leverage our powerful tech stack. You will play a crucial role in both the development and deployment of our solutions, working closely with a team of talented developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional products that meet our high standards of quality and innovation.

• →Develop and maintain web applications using our tech stack: Node, Trpc, Prisma, MongoDB NextJs, TailwindCSS.
• →Implement responsive UIs that are compatible across different browsers and devices.
• →Collaborate with the marketing & design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
• →Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• →Integrate third-party services such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Mongo Atlas, Vercel, and Google Cloud.
• →Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure seamless deployment processes.
• →Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews to maintain code quality.
• →Use testing frameworks like Jest for comprehensive testing.
• →Follow best practices for coding standards, including the use of Prettier and Eslint.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, NextJS, and experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Trpc, Trpc Shield, and Prisma.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as TailwindCSS and DaisyUI.
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and deployment on platforms like Vercel and Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
