Senior Flutter Developer

Smart State Inc. is expanding!  We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join our New Jersey‑based Product & R&D team.  If you enjoy owning core mobile features, collaborating closely with product and R&D, and refining architecture for performance and stability, this role is a great opportunity to make a visible impact across our digital gaming and fintech platforms.

📍 Location: Fort Lee, New Jersey (100% On-site)
⏰ Work Mode: Full-time, office-based (Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available)

As a Senior Flutter Developer, you’ll be a key contributor within our mobile engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high‑performance applications using Flutter and Dart.  You’ll take technical ownership of major components, help shape mobile architecture, and work closely with product and R&D to deliver reliable, scalable experiences for thousands of users.

• →Develop and maintain mobile application components using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• →Collaborate with Product and R&D teams during planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• →Ensure application performance, stability, and scalability through thoughtful architecture and optimization.
• →Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following OOP, SOLID, and mobile best practices.
• →Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving technical standards and engineering practices.
• →Support documentation and knowledge sharing across the mobile team.

• 3+ years of professional mobile development experience (Android or iOS).
  1–2+ years of hands‑on Flutter experience, with at least one published app in production.
• Strong understanding of Dart fundamentals, mobile architecture, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.

• Kotlin, Java, or Swift experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks.
• Experience in fast‑growing or international technology environments.
• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., fintech, gaming, or similar).
