Working closely with the Project Control Specialist, Office Principal, field staff, and project managers, your role will support both office and field operations for multiple service lines within the S&ME team. • Field and Office Support: Work with the project managers, scheduler of field work, and field staff to support project and staff needs. Assist with implementation and ongoing compliance, including tracking field reports for client distribution. Support the Office Principal and other Office leaders with office-specific needs.
  • Meetings, Events & Training Coordination: Provide support by producing meeting agendas and minutes; assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, safety, and required training; and help coordinate new-hire onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
    • Associate's degree in Business or Accounting, a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field
    • Construction, engineering, or consulting firm experience, a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM, ERP systems, Metafield or data entry programs, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Notary Public Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
