Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Full Stack Development teams focused on building scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in people leadership, project delivery, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution. Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets. 

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. 

Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure predictable, high-quality releases. 

Establish governance processes for delivery tracking and issue resolution. 

Conduct performance reviews, career development planning, and succession planning. 

Identify skill gaps and drive training and development initiatives. 

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. 

Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top engineering talent.
