Senior Manager, Brand Gaming

Drive research, leadership, advising and strategy for gaming and the hospitality industry based on consumer insights. Oversee the execution of research plans, ensuring alignment of brand strategy and adapting with evolving business needs. Expert knowledge of custom research methodologies. Proficient at vendor and stakeholder relationship management, and leading custom research initiatives to deliver strategic and tactical insights. Collaborate with and influence brand teams to drive better business outcomes. Contribute to the creative development process, informing concept development and assessment by representing the voice of the consumer. Act as an organizational leader on insights and performance, understanding how varying data affects different customers; including competitive trends, environmental influences and investment performance. Strong understanding of secondary and syndicated data sources, including their strengths and weaknesses. Curious and open to new methodologies with a drive to grow the toolkit to strengthen business objectives. Requirements • BA/BS required. MBA/MA preferred. Specialization in market research or marketing is a plus. • 5+ years of market research experience
