Our client is a design-driven outdoor furniture brand known for crafting premium, sustainable, and weather-resistant outdoor living solutions. Combining high-end aesthetic design with durable materials like solid teak, powder-coated aluminum, and performance textiles (e.g., Sunbrella), the company creates functional, beautiful products for residential backyards and expanding commercial spaces.

As the company scales its product line into commercial markets—including hospitality, hotels, resorts, dining, and multi-family developments—it is bringing 3D asset creation in-house. This transition eliminates dependency on external vendors and establishes a continuous, high-volume visual production engine across digital and print touchpoints.

We are seeking a versatile 3D Rendering Specialist to take complete ownership of converting raw CAD and 3D files into photorealistic digital assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating clean studio product renders on white backgrounds for e-commerce catalog pages as well as detailed, aspirational environmental scenes showcasing furniture in outdoor commercial and lifestyle environments. This position goes beyond launch-only asset generation; you will produce a steady stream of visual content for performance ads, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and high-resolution print/trade collateral.

The ideal candidate is a tool-agnostic 3D visual artist with 2–5 years of rendering experience, expertise in realistic materials and lighting, and additional skills in photo retouching, AI-assisted asset manipulation, and basic video/motion editing.

• Ingest raw CAD and 3D files to create high-resolution studio and environmental digital renders.
• Produce studio product shots on clean white backgrounds for e-commerce product pages, dimension callouts, and catalog views.
• Develop realistic, aspirational environmental lifestyle and commercial hospitality scenes (hotels, resorts, restaurants, outdoor architecture).
• Apply accurate digital materials, teak wood grains, fabric textures (Sunbrella), metal finishes, and natural lighting physics to achieve maximum realism.
• Deliver web-optimized digital assets for paid media and email campaigns, as well as upscaled, ultra-high-resolution files for print and trade collateral.

• Perform advanced photo retouching, color grading, image compositing, and visual polishing across rendered images and existing photography.
• Utilize modern AI-assisted tools to efficiently generate contextual background environments, textures, and asset variations.
• Ensure visual consistency in color accuracy, lighting, shadow physics, scale, and brand aesthetics across all outputs.
• Organize and maintain a searchable internal repository of 3D models, CAD files, material shaders, and finished assets.

• Transition visual content workflows from periodic vendor launches to an on-demand, continuous asset output workflow.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, graphic design, and product leads to align creative output with ad campaigns and promotional schedules.
• Execute basic video editing, short product animations, or motion graphics to support dynamic ad creative (bonus scope).
• Adapt flexibly to new digital tools, workflows, and AI rendering technologies as the industry evolves.

• Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience as a 3D Rendering Specialist, 3D Visualizer, Digital Artist, or Product Animator.
• Portfolio Required: A proven portfolio showcasing high-end 3D product rendering across clean studio shots and detailed architectural/lifestyle environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability converting raw CAD and 3D files into fully textured, lit, and rendered assets.
• Software Agnostic: Proficient in industry-standard 3D rendering engines (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot, Unreal Engine, or tools like Figma Weave).
• Image Editing & Post-Processing: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom) for retouching, color correction, and compositing.
• Emerging Tech: Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI-assisted image generation and asset manipulation tools.
• Communication: Strong professional English (written and verbal) with high attention to visual detail.
• Work Setup: Dedicated high-performance workstation capable of handling complex 3D rendering projects and reliable high-speed internet.

• Experience rendering furniture, physical consumer goods, or architectural spaces (interiors/exteriors).
• Motion editing, basic video editing, or 3D product animation skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Figma and web asset optimization for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands.
• Prior experience working with commercial interior design or B2B/DTC retail brands.
