AI Trainer - 19774

Our client, an AI transformation consultancy serving mid-market organizations (100–1,000 employees), is seeking an AI Trainer to support upcoming program launches through 1-on-1 coaching and hands-on AI enablement.

This is a high-priority hire driven by new client engagements kicking off in the coming weeks. The ideal candidate will help client teams adopt AI tools, workflows, and role-specific use cases—particularly leveraging Claude.

The primary function of this role is to deliver personalized AI training and coaching sessions, enabling client team members to effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows and responsibilities.

• →Deliver 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on practical AI adoption
• →Train users on Claude and other AI tools, including prompt engineering and workflow design
• →Help clients implement AI-driven workflows, agents, and automation use cases
• →Tailor training to role-specific applications (e.g., sales, operations, marketing, etc.)
• →Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI adoption
• →Support onboarding for new AI programs and client engagements
• →Provide ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices
• →Document learnings, workflows, and training materials for scalability

• 2–5 years of experience in training, enablement, consulting, or similar client-facing roles
• Strong interest in and understanding of AI tools and applications in business settings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (especially in 1:1 settings)
• Ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable guidance
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Familiarity with Claude (strong plus)
• Experience with prompt engineering, AI workflows, or automation tools
• Background in AI consulting, enablement, or digital transformation initiatives
• Exposure to multiple business functions (e.g., GTM, ops, product)
• Experience creating training materials or enablement documentation

• Full-time, remote position
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
