Responsibilities:

Designing, developing, and maintaining product features using a Go and Python backend.
Knowledgeable about optimizing databases and building out large scale performance systems.
Optimize performance and implement best practices to ensure future scalability.
Manage projects and ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Ensuring that our software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable

Requirements:

Passion about building in generative AI and interest in crypto
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5+ years backend experience, including working in a highly scalable environment with complex release workflows
Experience with Python and Go
Experience and strong interest in AI, e.g.: to speed up application development
Extensive experience building out distributed systems
Proven ability to work in both rapid prototyping mode and to ship/maintain large-scale products
