Backend Engineer - 8658

Position : Backend Engineer
Work Hours : US hours, flexible
Pay Range : 2000 to 3700 USD   (Final offer will depend on the client’s approval and assessment of the candidate’s overall qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining product features using a Go and Python backend.
• Knowledgeable about optimizing databases and building out large scale performance systems.
• Optimize performance and implement best practices to ensure future scalability.
• Manage projects and ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Ensuring that our software systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable

Requirements:

• Passion about building in generative AI and interest in crypto
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 5+ years backend experience, including working in a highly scalable environment with complex release workflows
• Experience with Python and Go
• Experience and strong interest in AI, e.g.: to speed up application development
• Extensive experience building out distributed systems
• Proven ability to work in both rapid prototyping mode and to ship/maintain large-scale products
