→Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process enhancement, efficiency gains, and cost savings initiatives
→Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's data, systems, and processes
→Conduct research and perform data analysis to inform business decisions
→Identify gaps and opportunities to streamline business operations and recommend solutions
→Work with stakeholders to define and document requirements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and clearly defined
→Develop use cases, user stories, and other related solution documentation
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement new features and functionality
→Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and management

Requirements

→2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
→Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
→Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and modeling
→Demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and business processes
→Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
→Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
→Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
→Proficiency with business analysis tools and software, such as Jira and/or Confluence, is a plus
