Position : Client Success Manager
Work Hours (Client) : Work hours are flexible as long as they fall between 9:00 AM- 10:00 PM, with breaks in between, completing 8 hours per day.
Holidays : 7 days per quarter. Must notify 30 days in advance. Unpaid.
Pay Range : $1500 - $2500 USD/month

With a goal to scale to $5 million in net profit and build a team of A-players in all departments, you are methodically enhancing operations and client services. You’ve cultivated a reputation for delivering results, such as fast-track residency programs in countries like Paraguay and interest in expanding offerings to Latvia, Cape Verde, and Schengen Golden Visas.
Marketing is a cornerstone of your business strategy. You aim to harness influencer campaigns and premium content creation to generate $100,000 in monthly profit. Your approach is backed by frameworks inspired by industry leaders like Alex Hormozi and Jordan Belfort. You combine this with a sharp focus on refining internal systems, creating compelling sales scripts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the face of our client experience, ensuring our clients feel supported, valued, and cared for from the moment they engage with us. Your mission will be to anticipate their needs, provide flawless communication, and maintain precise records while delivering a white-glove level of service.
Client Onboarding:
- Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring they understand our process and feel confident from day one.
Relationship Management:
- Provide multiple touchpoints within the first few days to foster trust and ensure clients feel cared for.
- Maintain a response time average of under 5 minutes during working hours.
Data Organization:
- Manage and maintain sensitive client information, including birthdays, preferences, hobbies, and family details, in a secure and organized system
- Ensure data is consistently updated and error-free.
Flawless Communication:
- Draft and send polished correspondence, ensuring perfect English in grammar, punctuation, and tone. (Usage of tools like AI, Grammarly, etc to achieve flawless communication standards is okay)
Professional Presence:
- Handle occasional video calls with clients confidently and professionally although 95% of the role can be done off camera
- Represent our brand with poise and sophistication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or client success management. Preferably with experience in working with high-end or luxury clients
- Impeccable grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
- Exceptional English written and verbal skills.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of sensitive information accurately.
- Proficient in tools like Airtable, Google Drive, and spreadsheets.
- Polished, professional, and confident demeanor appearance for occasional client-facing interactions.
- High-quality camera and audio device.
