The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, ideally with experience in an agency environment or within fintech. This person will not only manage accounts but also serve as a true marketing consultant to our clients — helping them translate strategy into execution using our platform.
Many of our clients are digital marketers themselves, using tools like websites, SMS, and email platforms to engage members. We want someone who’s been in their shoes, can speak their language, and is eager to help them get the most out of the platform. You'll combine strategic consulting, platform guidance, and campaign insight to drive success for a portfolio of clients.

Client Onboarding & Enablement
- Lead engaging onboarding sessions and platform training tailored to digital marketers
- Educate clients on best practices for segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation
- Build trust as a strategic advisor across a portfolio of credit unions and community banks
- Proactively drive platform adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Understand client goals and guide them in achieving ROI
- Act as a digital marketing consultant — translating business goals into actionable campaigns
- Guide clients on effective use of mobile, in-app, push, SMS, and email marketing channels
- Provide data-backed insights on campaign effectiveness and usage trends
- Run quarterly business reviews to showcase value and uncover new opportunities
- Host group coaching calls, webinars, and workshops for shared learning
- Collaborate with internal teams to create educational content and client resources
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client success
- Background in an agency or consulting environment is highly desirable
- Ability to have eye-to-eye conversations with clients on marketing strategy and execution
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (email, SMS, web, push notifications)
- Excellent communicator who can balance strategic guidance with tactical support
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools or open to quickly learning their application in digital marketing
- Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and automation platforms
- Experience in financial services marketing (credit unions, banks, fintech)
- Hands-on knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or similar
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in financial marketing (NCUA, FDIC, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS or working with martech platforms
