  Participate in the system design of scalable, maintainable, and robust systems for both existing and new projects, with meticulous attention to detail

• 4+ years of professional experience working with Python and TypeScript in production environments

• Strong experience building backend systems with Python and Django and frontend applications with TypeScript and React / NextJS

• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating applications on AWS, including cloud infrastructure, networking, and scalable deployment strategies

• Solid proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred), including schema design, performance optimization, and data integrity

• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS

• Practical experience working with GenAI APIs and LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, including prompt engineering and pipeline design

• Strong software engineering fundamentals including system design, architecture, testing, scalability, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tooling including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, background job systems (Celery/Redis), and monitoring or observability tools

• Ability to apply deep technical expertise to solve complex problems and maintain high standards of software quality

• Proven ability to take ownership of complex initiatives, identify risks, and communicate decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly

• Experience collaborating with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals and timelines

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
