Our client is seeking an exceptional Full-Stack Engineer to work directly alongside our founder and become one of the first technical hires at the company.

This individual will help build new product functionality, improve the existing platform, and leverage the latest AI technologies to accelerate development and create exceptional customer experiences.

  Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.

  Build customer-facing features from concept through deployment.

  Work directly with the founder to prioritize product initiatives.

  Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.

• →

  Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces.

  Integrate modern AI technologies into the platform.

• →

  Develop AI agents, automations, and intelligent workflows.

• →

  Optimize application performance and reliability.

• →

  Troubleshoot production issues.

• →

  Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.

  Recommend improvements to architecture and engineering processes.

• →

  Help establish engineering best practices as the company scales.
   

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Strong frontend development experience (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).

• Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar).

• Experience designing RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

• Experience building or integrating AI applications using modern LLMs.

• Experience building AI agents, automations, or intelligent workflows.

• Strong problem-solving ability.

• Able to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Available during U.S. Central or Eastern business hours.

• Startup experience.

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD experience.

• Experience with vector databases, RAG, or AI orchestration frameworks.

• Spanish language skills.
