The Head of Marketing will own the strategy and execution of marketing efforts, aligning brand positioning, demand generation, lead generation, and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will connect marketing investment directly to pipeline and revenue performance while building a scalable growth engine. You will work closely with the Founder, oversee fractional specialist partners (performance marketing, content marketing, and ecommerce), and drive measurable results across the full customer journey.

Clarify and refine vertical positioning

Define and evolve ideal customer profiles (ICPs)

Translate revenue targets into an annual marketing plan

Grow branded search and category visibility amongst ICP
-
Develop educational content aligned to priority segments
-
Elevate case studies and customer proof
-
Build and manage the MQL → SQL → Revenue funnel
-
Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency
-
Oversee paid search and digital performance channels
-
Own all key business and marketing metrics, including CPL, CPA, close rate, and revenue contribution

Own the marketing dashboard and reporting cadence, bringing visibility and confidence to marketing performance

Optimize marketing investment based on performance data

Direct and integrate fractional marketing specialists

Align marketing closely with sales and operations

Build scalable systems and processes
In the first 12 months, you will:

Increase qualified pipeline in our priority vertical

Improve conversion rates across the funnel

Strengthen brand recognition and category authority
-
Build a disciplined marketing measurement framework
-
Contribute meaningfully to revenue growth targets
-
6–10+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing leadership
-
Experience in high-consideration purchase environments
-
Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel optimization
-
Proven ability to connect marketing metrics to revenue outcomes
-
Comfortable working in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment
-
Experience in wellness, fitness, home improvement, or environment sectors
